Dreamlike Antique WMF Art Nouveau Serving Dish – Historic Ostrich Mark (ca. 1900–1918)

For sale is an exceptionally rare, original serving dish (table centerpiece) from the renowned WMF manufactory (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) from the height of the Art Nouveau period.

Special highlight – The historic stamp:
On the underside there is the sought-after historic WMF ostrich mark (ostrich in the standing diamond with the local letter “G” for Geislingen) from the manufacturing period ca. 1900 to 1918. This hallmark is completed by the additional stamp “B”, which identifies the high-quality base made of Britannia metal (Britannia cast) that was subsequently finely silver-plated.
