Bernardaud & Cie Limoges – Magnificent set of 17 antique plates
Magnificent set of 17 plates in genuine Limoges porcelain, made by B. & Cie France, dating from approximately the 1950s–1960s.
Each plate features a different, finely painted design depicting freshwater fish (carp, trout, pike, roach, etc.) or hunting scenes with game, against very beautiful natural landscapes.
The plates are adorned with an elegant gold border, typical of the style of that era.
Lot composition
* 12 plates decorated with fish
* 5 plates with hunting motifs
* 17 plates in total
Condition
Very good overall condition for their age, with no chips or cracks.
Gilding particularly well preserved.
An original and decorative set, ideal for an elegant table, a country house, a chalet, a dining room with character, or for a collector of Limoges porcelain.
Preferably sold as a complete lot of 17 plates.
