This lot contains two original sealed copies of the official ONE PIECE CARD GAME Tutorial Deck distributed as the second admission gift for the Japanese theatrical release of “ONE PIECE FILM RED.”

Distribution began in Japan on August 13, 2022.

Only 500,000 packs were prepared nationwide for this special theatrical campaign.

Each Tutorial Deck contains 40 cards composed of 15 different card designs and was created so that players could begin playing immediately without purchasing additional cards.

This lot contains TWO Tutorial Deck packs.

Campaign Background

ONE PIECE FILM RED was released in Japanese cinemas in August 2022.

To commemorate the film, several special admission gifts were distributed to moviegoers.

Following the first admission gift, “ONE PIECE Comic – Volume 4 Billion RED,” the second admission gift was this official ONE PIECE CARD GAME Tutorial Deck.

Distribution began on August 13, 2022 and was limited to 500,000 packs throughout Japan.

Visitors received one pack per qualifying cinema admission while supplies lasted.

The product was never a standard booster pack or normal retail Starter Deck.

It was created specifically as a movie admission promotional item connected directly with ONE PIECE FILM RED.

Tutorial Deck Concept

The deck was designed as an introduction to the newly launched ONE PIECE CARD GAME.

Rather than containing random cards, every Tutorial Deck contains the same predetermined deck configuration.

The deck is built around the red Leader card P-011 Uta and includes characters appearing in or associated with ONE PIECE FILM RED.

The official campaign highlighted several important characters including:

The cards have not been individually inspected because the packages remain sealed.
