The Denon DV-2900 is a DVD-Audio/Video and Super Audio CD (SACD) / CD player produced in 2003-04. The DV-2900 is a truly impressive player. It offers high-fidelity playback of SACD and DVD-Audio in a single, compact chassis. It was also one of the first players to offer digital delay compensation and bass management through its analog outputs. The build is solid, the chassis sturdy, and the internal components minimize background noise. The player for sale is fully functional, aesthetically it presents very well although there are small signs of wear, highlighted in the photos, which are an integral part of the description and pertain to the item. The player does not come with its original remote control, however all main functions are operable via the buttons on the front panel. Pre-programmed remotes for this model are readily available online at low cost.
