Russia – Nicholas II – Lot of 2 Silver 10 Kopecks 1909 & 1916 – NGC MS63 / MS64
Attractive lot of two certified Imperial Russian silver 10 Kopecks coins, both struck during the reign of Emperor Nicholas II at the St. Petersburg Mint.
The lot consists of:
1. 10 Kopecks 1909 СПБ-ЭБ
NGC MS63
Certification No. 6142195-014
2. 10 Kopecks 1916 ВС
NGC MS64
Certification No. 8590616-033
Both coins are preserved in Mint State condition and have been professionally authenticated and graded by NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Company).
The 1916 example in MS64 is especially attractive, showing strong detail, bright silver surfaces and excellent overall eye appeal.
The 1909 example in MS63 is also a very pleasing high-grade coin, with sharp details, attractive surfaces and a well-preserved original appearance.
A strong pair of certified Imperial Russian silver coins from the final period of the Romanov Empire. An excellent addition to a collection of Nicholas II, Imperial Russia or high-grade certified Russian coinage.
