A distinctive vintage decorative fruit composition, consisting of a large number of hand-cut wooden fruits, a striking pineapple with a hand-sawed crown, and a matching wooden tray.
The composition comprises different types and colors of wood and includes, among other things, apples, pears, bananas, grapes, and other decorative fruits.
The combination of different woods, shapes, and warm tones gives the whole a very distinctive mid-century look.
The large pineapple is a particularly striking part of the set. Both the pineapple itself and the crown are handcrafted.
The individual fruits can be arranged separately from the tray, allowing the set to be used as a decorative sculptural composition.
The whole is in vintage condition, appropriate to its age and handmade character. See the photos for a good impression of the condition.
