Charming small Art Nouveau soliflore vase in acid-etched layered glass with a design of iris and dragonfly.

It is signed “C. Vessière Nancy”, for Charles Vessière, master glassmaker of the School of Nancy, who ran, with his brother Justin, a workshop founded in 1901 in Nancy where they produced pieces inspired by nature, close to the works of Emile Gallé, the Daum brothers, or the Muller brothers.

Good condition, some staining, and the neck may have been ground down.

Il est signé « C. Vessière Nancy », pour Charles Vessière, maître verrier de l’Ecole de Nancy, qui dirigeait, avec son frère Justin, un atelier fondé en 1901 à Nancy dans lequel ils produisaient des pièces inspirées de la nature, proches des productions d’Emile Gallé, des frères Daum ou des frères Muller.

Bon état, quelques salissures, et col potentiellement meulé.
