Antique two-tier coffee table in the Louis XV style, dating from the Napoleonic III era, characterized by a sinuous structure and rich decorative work. Both tops feature refined inlays in woods of different tones, arranged to form elaborate floral, foliate, and scroll motifs that stand out against the darker background of the wood. The upper tray, shaped and raised, is supported by four sculptural metal elements depicting zoomorphic figures with curved profiles, also echoed in the ornamental applications of the frame. The main top is bounded by a metal edge and accompanied by a lower band enriched with further floral inlays. The four elongated, curved legs, characteristic of the Louis XV taste, are enhanced with decorative metal applications at the upper part and elegant metal terminals at the feet. A piece of great elegance and strong decorative presence, ideal as a living-room coffee table or a furnishing element for classic and refined interiors.
