Beautiful bulbous vase in multilayer glass etched with acid, decorated with thistles in the Art Nouveau style, signed “Bendor”.

The Bendor glassworks was an artisanal blown-glass workshop located on the island of Bendor, in the Var department, which produced, among other things, artistic glassware in the spirit of the Nancy School and works by Gallé or Daum.

Very good condition.

La verrerie de Bendor était un atelier artisanal de verre soufflé situé sur l'île de Bendor, dans le Var, qui produisait notamment des verreries artistiques dans l’esprit de l’Ecole de Nancy et des productions de Gallé ou encore Daum.
