We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini Mail, etc. for delivery.

After payment confirmation, we ship within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap for safe transit.

However, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs procedures, or in transit.
