Description from the seller
“THE CIRCLE OF LOST STARS” – ULTRA LIMITED ART EDITION (10 COPIES)
Artist: SKE
Instagram artist SKE: ske_shakeyourart
Dive into a cosmic fresco of spectacular intensity with The Circle of Lost Stars, a masterful creation signed by SKE.
This work pays vibrant homage to the mythical universe of Goldorak through a composition directly inspired by the great Japanese posters of the 70s–80s: vintage grain, era folds, saturated cosmic palette, hypnotic circular movement, absolute dramatic tension.
SKE stages an interstellar battle at the heart of a ring of broken stars, where the mechanical titan cleaves space at full power, while a crystalline creature rises from the bowels of a sacred volcano. In the foreground, human figures embody hope in the face of world collapse. The swirling sky, studded with condemned planets, reinforces the sense of a cosmic cycle coming to an end.
A work that fuses retro science fiction, spatial mythology, Japanese pop culture, and contemporary street-pop aesthetics.

- FRAMING TIPS
Your work is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.
Upon receipt, remove it carefully and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally regains its shape before framing.
ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available at hardware or décor stores.
Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical, they perfectly showcase the works.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-rounder who grew up immersed in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double meanings, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value rose notably. Winner of the first prize in Urban Master (2023), then chosen as Rising Star of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also received a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE also asserts himself in the digital artworks market, a major trend of the past two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations among collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture work characterize a now-inescapable style.
SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to initiate or enrich a collection with growing value.
Artist Ranked & Awarded – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or pioneering Blek le Rat. His works build a bridge between eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to reinterpret Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic avarice of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel Super Heroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you’ll encounter sneaker culture (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also touches automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured finishes evoking the glossy surface of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your interior.
