This elegantly polished freeform sculpture of Burmese nephrite jade presents in an intense, rich green hue with nuanced shading. Fine, light veins run across the surface like natural life lines, giving the sculpture an organic, almost flowing grace.
The form itself resembles an ascending monolithic silhouette and underscores the archaic and powerful character of the stone.
