Table lamp - rattan - XL Boho table lamp

A lamp that instantly sets the mood. This generous table lamp from Burma, now Myanmar, dates from the 70s/80s. The tall pyramid-shaped base is fully clad in fine, densely woven rattan. The woven corner seams and the integrated cable channel show how much attention was paid to the finishing.

With a total height of 67 cm, this is a true XL edition. Large enough to function as a standalone interior piece, without looking heavy or solid. The warm color of the rattan forms a beautiful contrast with the generous natural-colored fabric lampshade.

Place it on a low cabinet, sideboard, or wide windowsill. Pair with dark wood, travertine, linen, bouclé, or ceramic. Also stunning in a boho chic, Mediterranean, coastal, organic modern, or Ibiza-inspired interior.

Condition
The lamp is in good vintage condition.
The rattan is beautifully colored and largely intact. The handmade construction shows natural variations and light signs of use that are in keeping with age and material.

The lampshade shows light signs of aging and use, including small spots and slight irregularity along the upper edge. Please inspect the photos carefully for a complete picture of the condition.

The electricals have been tested and the lamp works.

The light source is not included.
