Exceptional antique jar of fine earthenware, made by the renowned Spanish manufactory La Cartuja de Sevilla (Pickman y Cia.) during the period 1860–1880 (19th century).
Dimensions: 26 x 26 x 17 cm approx.
Weight: approx. 1.60 kg.
Condition: Very good overall aesthetic condition. It preserves an excellent gloss in the white glaze and great sharpness in its reliefs. No restoration, no loss of material, nor major breaks. As is natural in ceramics of this age, it shows light superficial cracks on the handle that do not affect its structural solidity or its expressive value. The images are part of the description.
