Vasudhara - Bronze - Nepal (No reserve price)

Beautiful bronze statue of Vasudhara, the six-armed Buddhist goddess of wealth, prosperity and abundance. The statue originates from Nepal, probably the Kathmandu Valley. Notable are the refined engravings, the blue hair, and the inlay with colored stones, including presumably turquoise. The hollow base is sealed with a separate bottom plate bearing an engraved Buddhist motif. 18 cm high, 1230 grams heavy. Probably 20th century.

Condition: excellent vintage condition.
