Description from the seller

Classicist-style, antique wall mirror, typically bearing the design features of the French Empire (Napoleonic Classicism) or the later Louis XVI style (Louis XVI). Main style features and characteristics: Frame design: A wooden frame richly gilded on a cream or off-white background, decorated with stucco or carved patterns. Decorative elements: Characteristic round rosettes (oxeye motifs) can be found in the corners and the frieze is decorated in gold. Top ornament (pediment): The top of the mirror is crowned with a finely crafted, openwork, gilded garland or bow motif crown (pediment ornament). Category: Mirrors with such a tall, elongated shape and a decorative top panel are often called Trumeau mirrors (or fireplace mirrors) in home furnishings and among antiques.
The mirror is in good condition for its age, there are small black threads on the edging and the paint is slightly missing at the bottom of the frame.

We can post it carefully packaged, in an insured, registered package.
