Portico clock - Marble, Brass - 1850-1900

Antique French mantel clock in Louis XV style. The clock is 33 cm high and 25 cm wide. The right column has a small crack at the back; beneath it there are two square columns with tiny chips at the corners, see photo, but it is not distracting. The clock has bronze ornamentation. The movement is a Singer-type movement; it runs for about an hour and then stops. The movement needs to be cleaned. The clock has no striking mechanism. The pendulum itself could also use a polish. Furthermore, this is a lovely, distinctive clock. This lot will be carefully packed and shipped with PostNL.
