These dishes belong to the Gourmet line, conceived and launched in 2013 by the Bavarian manufacturer Mitterteich.
The name 1400 not only gives the line its name but refers to the cooking temperature that guarantees a vitrified porcelain of very high density, extremely resistant to chipping, to cutlery scratches and also to a hardness and brilliance of the material.
