Danish modern pendant light by Jeka, dating from the 1960s to the 1990s, with a metal body and the classic multi shade system, diameter 35 cm, height 19 cm, currently in good condition with signs of ageing and in working order for an E27 bulb.

The lamp is designed by the danish lightning company Jeka.
Jeka is a part of the Danish modern design tradition which includes name like Jo Hammerborg (Fog og Mørup), Bent Karlby (Lyfa), Svend Middelboe (Nordisk Solar) and many more who all work with the multi shade system. A system first developed by the famous architect Poul Henningsen (Louis Poulsen) in the beginning of the 20th century.
The multi shade system spreads the light perfectly in the room without the lightbulb is visible. The system is still used by designers all over the world.
Signs of use.
It uses a “normal” e27 light bulb and is ready for use.
