Description
The Minolta AF Reflex 500mm f/8 is the only autofocus mirror lens ever put into production. Its catadioptric design folds the light path so that a 500mm telephoto fits into a body barely 12cm long and about 665g, and it focuses down to 4m for a mirror lens of this length. Out-of-focus highlights render as the distinctive rings that only a reflex lens produces. It uses the Minolta A mount and works on Sony A-mount bodies as well.
