The Denon UCD-90 is a compact mid-size CD player from 1993. It formed part of the then so-popular and high-quality Denon D-90 mini hi-fi system.
This system consisted back then of the UCD-90 CD player, the UDRA-90 stereo receiver/amplifier and the UDR-90 cassette deck.
Key features & specifications;
High-quality DAC: The player is equipped with dual Burr-Brown 18-bit digital-to-analog converters (DAC), which at the time delivered excellent and warm sound quality for a compact system.
Sleek design: The UCD-90 features a minimalist front panel that pairs perfectly with the other components from the D-90 series. It was often available in the then characteristic champagne/silver or black color.
Functions: Equipped with standard CD functionalities such as a repeat function and a program playback mode.
Connections: Note that this model has no built-in digital output (such as optical or coaxial). You connect it analog via RCA (phono) cables to the amplifier. Cables not included.
