Description from the seller
# Natural Epidote Specimen
A beautiful natural **epidote specimen** displaying a dense coverage of numerous yellow-green to olive-green epidote crystals. The specimen has an impressive overall crystalline texture, with many elongated, prismatic crystals showing attractive vitreous to resinous lustre.
The crystals vary in size and orientation, creating a rich three-dimensional surface with numerous well-defined crystal faces. Under illumination, the specimen displays attractive golden-green tones and strong sparkle across the crystal aggregates.
The dense intergrowth of epidote crystals gives this specimen an excellent natural appearance and makes it particularly appealing to collectors of well-crystallized epidote. The combination of colour, lustre and abundant crystal development creates a highly aesthetic cabinet-style mineral specimen.
The specimen is presented in its **natural, untreated condition**, with natural contacts and minor imperfections consistent with its formation and extraction.
**Mineral:** Epidote
**Colour:** Yellow-green to olive-green / pistachio-green
**Lustre:** Vitreous to resinous
**Crystal habit:** Prismatic and elongated crystals, densely intergrown
**Treatment:** None – natural and untreated
**Condition:** Natural specimen with minor contacts and edge imperfections
