Set of 4 Dessert Plates (16 cm) – Royal Albert "Old Country Roses" – Fine Bone China – England, 1960s/1970s
Elegant set of 4 dessert/bread plates (16 cm diameter) in fine English porcelain (Fine Bone China), produced by the renowned Royal Albert manufactory.
The plates belong to the famous iconic collection "Old Country Roses", one of the most loved and collected worldwide, designed by Harold Holdcroft in 1962. The pattern features the classic and unmistakable motif of English roses in shades of burgundy, pink and yellow, enhanced by scalloped rims finished with rich 22-carat gold profiles applied by sponge.
This lot dates from the 1960s/1970s period (as evidenced by the original backmark/timbre on the back "Royal Albert Bone China England").
Included: Certificate of Authenticity.
Condition: Good vintage condition, preserve the brightness of the colors and gilding. Please study the photos carefully which are an integral part of the description.
