Description: Splendid and exclusive lot consisting of three antique ceramic maiolica figurines, entirely molded and hand-painted by the renowned ceramic master Paolo Dodero in Albisola (Savona), a historic center of excellence in Italian art ceramics. The works belong to the sought-after collectible series titled "Costumi d'Italia" and depict characters in traditional regional folkloric costumes from the mid-20th century:
- Male figure in Piemonte traditional costume (identified at the base as "Piemonte I° Serie").
- Male figure depicting the typical Ligurian fisherman with the characteristic horizontal white-and-red striped sweater and cap (identified at the base as "Liguria 2° Serie").
- Female figure in regional traditional costume with a refined and broad geometric headdress.
Authenticity details and signatures: The lot is of exceptional historical and collecting interest thanks to handwritten and signature inscriptions in gold on the back and on the bases of each figurine. In addition to the author's signature "Paolo Dodero", on the back there is a beautiful dated farewell dedication, penned by the master: "Salute e salute auguri Paolo Dodero."

Condition and State of Preservation: Excellent vintage overall aesthetic condition for all three pieces. The protective glaze is glossy and the colors are vivid and bright as in the original. No reports of subsequent restorations, gluing, or alterations to the structure. The objects are entirely original to the period, coming from a private collection and kept with extreme care.
