A 48 cm tall Westerwald salt-glazed stoneware beer stein by Albert Jacob Thewalt (Alt-Grenzau, Germany), blue and gray with lid and figural finial, individually numbered 1525 of 5000, dating to 1850–1900, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and stains.

Magnificent and exceptionally large traditional German beer stein (Bierkrug), masterfully crafted by the renowned manufacturer Albert Jacob Thewalt from the famous Westerwald region in Germany.
Unlike standard-sized steins, this striking showpiece measures an impressive 48 cm (approx. 19 inches) in height and weighs 1.5 kg, making it a true eye-catcher for any collection or interior.
