Very elegant and richly crafted vintage table lamp with a long transparent, faceted glass central column, classically shaped gold-colored metal ornaments and a beautiful decorative lampshade with a velvety floral and paisley pattern.

This lamp is a real eye-catcher. The combination of clear glass, warm gold tones and the dark richly decorated lampshade provides a luxurious appearance. When the lamp is switched on, its character changes completely: the warm light emphasizes the shade pattern and is simultaneously beautifully reflected by the many facets of the glass column.

Faceted glass central column

One of the most characteristic parts of this lamp is the noticeably long, transparent central column.

The glass is surround by a strong geometric relief, built up of many small pyramid- and diamond-like facets. This structure gives the column a nearly crystal-like appearance.

Through this method of grinding or shaping the light is refracted and reflected from different angles. Especially when the lamp is lit, this creates lovely glitter and warm gold reflections in the transparent glass.

Because of the clear material, part of the central construction remains visible as well. This adds depth and emphasizes the vertical, elegant form of the lamp.

Gold-colored metal details

At the top and bottom of the glass column are beautifully formed gold-colored metal ornaments.
