Vesta case - Silver - Antique match holder

Antique cylindrical pocket match holder with its original roll labeled "100 Safety Matches" – ca. 1900-1920.
The roll clearly bears:

- Portrait
- Magdalene
- Flora
- Sacred Love
the inscription "100 Safety Matches"
the word "AVERAGE"
a reference to a patent (PAT) with the number, which, however, is worn and not fully legible.

The images are reproductions of famous paintings, a packaging type very common between the late 19th century and the early 20th century.
