Nightstand - Wood - Vintage coffee table

Refined small side table or oval-plan bedside table in the Louis XV / Transition style, made in Europe in the mid-20th century. The piece is distinguished by its slender lines and the high standard of cabinetry workmanship.
The central body is entirely veneered in precious Bois de Rose and rosewood, with a splendid arrangement of the grain in a fishbone pattern that frames the panels. The front is curved and features three functional drawers, adorned with refined floral inlays in light woods (maple/ash), faithfully echoed also on the curved sides of the piece.

The piece presents itself as solid, structurally integral and complete in every part (including original friezes and handles). It shows only very slight and normal signs of time and age on the polished surface, which do not compromise its aesthetics but testify to its authenticity and historical charm. The drawers run smoothly.
