Description from the seller
The first image is AI-enhanced to better showcase the design against a neutral background. Please rely only on the following original photos for the item’s true condition.
Tea service for 6 people, handmade and painted in a classic style, consisting of 6 cups with saucers, a teapot, a sugar bowl and a milk jug marked at the base C.A.C.F. which stands for (Cooperativa Artigiana Ceramisti Faentini) Faenza; a historic ceramic manufactory founded in Faenza in 1945.
The cooperative dedicated itself with great fidelity to reclaiming the ancient Faentine styles of the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries. They revived the classic Renaissance motifs such as the carnation, the acorn, the grape leaf, the pavona, and the compendiary style. Thanks to this artistic work, CACF quickly achieved notable commercial and collecting success.
