Beautiful, in perfect condition, beautifully colored, a very large XXL shell, Charonia Tritonis — the common name Triton's trumpet or the giant Triton, is a species of a very large sea snail, a marine mollusk from the family Charoniidae, the tritons. It is one of the largest mollusks on a coral reef. The shell is thick and heavy, strongly coiled into the shape of an elongated tower. It ends sharply at the summit, gradually widening toward the aperture.
