HISTORY/PANORAMA
Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 1999 and followed by the Spider variant in 2000, the Ferrari 360 Modena marked a pivotal evolution in the Maranello house’s production. Characterized by the entirely aluminum space-frame chassis designed in collaboration with Alcoa and aerodynamically styled by Pininfarina, the 360 Spider combines high engineering performance with the allure of open-top driving.
This 2002 example boasts a rare and refined color configuration: Giallo Modena body with full Blu leather interior and Blu fabric soft top. The car has had only 3 owners from new, has always been kept in a climate-controlled garage, and has been used only in optimal weather conditions. Current mileage is 60,281 km certified.
BODYWORK/PAINTWORK:
The bodywork retains its factory-original paint, well preserved and free from structural repainting. The aluminum structure is free from accidents, rust, or post-factory welds. The underbody is in excellent overall condition, showing only very small and almost imperceptible contact marks on the lower part due to normal road use with a sport setup. There are 2-3 slight stone chips on the hood and bumpers, plus a light superficial scratch on the rear passenger-side fender. The rubber seals are soft, while glass, logos, and exterior trim are in excellent condition.
INTERIOR:
The cabin in Blu Dark leather is sound and free of tears, preserving its elasticity and natural patina from use; recently cleaned and professionally sanitized. The electric Blu Dark fabric soft top has been serviced in 2020 with hydraulic circuit bleeding and replacement of tethers and elastics, ensuring smooth movement and excellent seal.
MECHANICS:
The 3,586 cc V8 engine develops 294 kW (400 HP) and is paired with the 6-speed F1 sequential gearbox with steering-wheel paddles. The car starts promptly both cold and warm, with precise gear engagement and no oil leaks.
Maintenance history is documented in the original Service Book and various workshop invoices:
• 10/03/2009 at 37,561 km – Service and timing belt replacement
• 20/06/2012 at 39,741 km – Service and brake pads
• 20/10/2015 at 43,726 km – Scheduled maintenance
• 06/03/2019 at 51,429 km – Service
• 23/06/2020 at 53,876 km – Service, timing belt replacement, F1 system pump, and brake pads
• 03/07/2020 at 54,424 km – Routine check
• 24/08/2020 at 56,357 km – Periodic check
• 07/09/2020 at 57,318 km – Ordinary maintenance
• 01/07/2024 at 60,237 km – Full service with timing belt kit and servicing
The official diagnosis indicates wear of the F1 clutch at 53%. The tires, replaced in 2020, show an excellent tread level.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
