Technical Profile and Production MethodRaw Material: Produced exclusively from the fresh, first-press juice of native Thai sugarcane (agricultural/agricole rum style). The sugarcane is grown by partner smallholders without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers and is harvested manually without burning the fields.Distillation Process: Uses a copper Armagnac-type alembic still imported from France.Vapor Infused: The aromas and flavors do not come from post-distillation maceration. The distillery adapted an infusion chamber just after the column of the still. The alcohol vapor passes through 9 selected Asian and Thai botanicals and spices, extracting their natural essences in a gentle and controlled manner.Absolute Pureness: The final product has zero added sugars, colorants, artificial flavorings, or caramel.
