The Aklama fetishes are ritual objects of the Vodou cult used by the Ewe and Dangme in Ghana, on the border with Togo.
They are generally materialized as small figures, animals, everyday objects, or seats, in lightweight wood.
These statuettes are charged with interceding with the various deities called upon to grant believers protection, luck, and prosperity throughout their personal and family life as well as in their daily activities (hunting, trade).

These Ade statuettes represent the various hunting-related deities, which are also common to the Yoruba and Ewe.

Regarding their use, these objects are found on private altars, but we have already seen photos depicting them grouped in a basket and draped with a piece of fabric, in the manner of the Ewé Vinavi.
