Pair of large decanters/bottles in molded crystal with stoppers – H 37.5 cm – 20th century
Description
Elegant pair of large bottles/decanters in transparent molded crystal, characterized by rich geometric workmanship and complete with their respective stoppers.
The two pieces feature a slender drop-shaped body, with a long tapered neck and a design alternating wide vertical facets, diamond-pattern bands, and deep geometric cuts in the lower part.
Also particularly refined are the bases, decorated with a large radial star-mill, a typical element of the tradition of molded crystal.
The stoppers, also in worked crystal, echo the vertical elegance of the bottles with an elongated and faceted shape.
The remarkable height of 37.5 cm and the total weight of about 2.6 kg give the pair a strong presence and a particularly decorative character.
Suitable as liquor or wine decanters, but also as collectible display pieces for a bar cabinet or an elegant table setting.
