Christofle - Cutlery set (95) - Malmaison - .925 silver

Magnificent lot from the renowned manufacturer Christofle in the classic model “Malmaison”.

The elegant Empire decor with its unmistakable pearl and ribbon edge lends each piece a timeless refinement and makes this ensemble a highlight for any festive table.

The core comprises an extensive 83-piece silver-plated dining cutlery set in very good, well-maintained used condition.

The service is complemented by exquisite serving and placeware silver pieces: from solid sterling silver are a placing spoon and the two-piece placing set of serving fork and serving spoon (approx. 390 g). In addition, there are six butter spreaders, a dessert lifter, and a carving knife as well as a carving/placing fork (all with sterling handles, approx. 870 g).

Some dust covers are included in the delivery.
Good news for collectors: many of the solid silver pieces are still in their original plastic seals.
A rare, almost complete ensemble that unites refined table culture and collector’s delight.

The cutlery is without a storage box; the sterling silver parts partly have a protective cover.
