One of the best quality CD player ever made by Arcam (UK) and built with famous Philips CDM9 swing arm laser drive and Legendary TDA1541A dac chip - widely believed the most musical DAC in history of audio.
This Alpha 5 is its "Plus" originally upgraded and extended, based on very high quality components, in particular, a very precise Ecliptec masterclock. In addition it is professionally converted to vacuum tube output stage - dac board equipped with a pair of vacuum audio double triodes to replace semiconductors. Details are shown in the last 4 pictures of internal views. Tube upgrade enhanced significantly sonic capacity of TDA1541a dac.
Player is in very good working and cosmetic condition and provides stable reading for CD and charming sound.
It will be delivered with its original remote control and in original box for safe transportation.
