Byrrh

Byrrh, created in 1866 in France, is an aperitif based on aromatized red wine. To the wine, which is also made in a traditional way, exotic aromas are added: colomba, pomerans, cacao, and the subtle bitterness of kina aromas. It is an authentic product, healthy and refreshing, full of scent and flavor. Byrrh evokes the taste of grapes, the strength of wine and the aromas of kina, orange, colomba, pomerans and cacao. Byrrh rests for three years in cask and evolves and matures like wine. Byrrh is drunk neat and fairly cold or with ice and a slice of lemon, as an aperitif. Byrrh is also mixed with soda or cassis.
