Third Reich Meyer´s Encyclopedia 1936-1942 (8th edition) in the brown half leather premium edition
Volumes 1-9 with tons of illustrations, photos, maps
more than 20,000 illustrations, 300,000 information
very good condition, inner blocks are in very good condition
Meyer’s Lexikon was planned all in all in 12 volumes. During the Third Reich the volumes 1 to 9 plus No. 12 were published. No. 10 & 11 never existed due to the war.
The Meyers Lexikon 8.Auflage contained facts of all kind plus military and other articles of the Third Reich, flags, organizations, army, politic, etc.
This is the only complete encyclopedic set published during that time. The set was never finished. The publisher's house was destroyed. The articles were revised by officials, unpopular persons (like Thomas Mann) or facts were shortened.
