Beautiful piece of jewelry with trapeze-shaped links alternately set. (see photos)

Art Deco Taxco jewelry forms a unique category, where the clean, geometric lines of European Art Deco fuse with pure silver craftsmanship. The heyday of this style was between the 1930s and 1950s, initiated by designers such as William Spratling and the ateliers of Los Castillo.

Art Deco Taxco sieraden vormen een unieke categorie, waarin de strakke, geometrische lijnen van de Europese Art Deco-stroming samensmelten met puur zilver vakmanschap. De bloeitijd van deze stijl lag tussen de jaren 30 en 50, geïnitieerd door ontwerpers zoals William Spratling en de ateliers van Los Castillo.
