Description from the seller
This book is part of D.M. Klinger's extensive Erotic Art Series, one of the largest collections of erotic paintings, drawings, and photographs from both the East and the West. Focusing on erotic art before World War I, it covers a period when sexuality emerged as a central theme in both science and art, beginning to influence culture, society, and artistic expression.
This series features works by renowned masters such as Martin van Meele, Pierre Lalanche, Johannes Martini, André Corot, Walter Krem, and Gerda Wegener, as well as many unknown artists.
Most of the works were obtained from private collections and reflect Klinger's scholarly approach and deep knowledge of Western art, especially decorative art.

There is a small tear to the upper part of the dust jacket near the spine. The surface of the dust jacket has minor scratches, light staining, and some signs of wear.
