Description from the seller
Scarce metal monogram emblem/grille badge bearing the letters CAC, manufactured by Fritz Reu & Co from Schwäbisch Gmünd (Germany).
This manufacturer was known for high-quality cast metal club and organization emblems.
The design — gold-colored monogram on a black background, with two original mounting holes — clearly fits the production period of circa 1950-1960.
The emblem was probably used as a vehicle or equipment badge for a European club or organization with the acronym CAC.
In nice vintage condition and an attractive collectible for enthusiasts of historic metal emblems, monogram design, and early European club history.
Diameter Ø 85 and domed.
