In the auction, a majestic oval metal tray in silver-plated finish of generous size, perfect for serving or as an elegant centerpiece. The object features a finely shaped form and is enriched by a splendid pierced railing with geometric and stylized floral motifs along the entire perimeter.
It stands on four finely cast feet shaped like a crouched lion’s paw (or claw-and-ball foot), a detail typical of Victorian or neoclassical style. It has two comfortable handles integrated into the pierced railing on the short sides.
