Three-light Murano glass chandelier handmade by a master glassblower, dating to the mid-20th century (ca. 1970–1980) in Venice, Italy, made of pulegoso Murano glass with three arms and removable cups, 58 cm wide, 68 cm high, 58 cm deep, with E14 lamp holders, complete with all parts and in working order despite minor age-related marks; shipped disassembled with mounting instructions within continental EU.
Description from the seller
Three-light chandelier, handmade entirely by a Murano master glassmaker, produced in the mid-20th century, with millefiori-like polychrome verre pulegoso glass.
All pieces are similar, but not identical, due to fully artisanal production.
Bright and luminous in different light conditions; see all the photos. It lit the entrance of a Venice apartment, now under restoration. The previous owner recalls they were purchased at the Murano Furnace (Fornace a Murano), but given the era, purchase documents were not kept.
It can suit many environments and styles, and the photos of different ambient insertions are shown for example purposes.
Transparent 'pulegoso' glass.
It has 3 arms with removable cups facing upward, alternating with three pairs of large leaves twisted downward.
Width: 58 cm. Height: 68 cm. approx.
Complete with all parts. For safety reasons the threaded metal support rod has been replaced.
Electrical system functioning. E14 bulb sockets. The chandelier has only been dusted to maintain its light patina of time, but can potentially be washed before mounting. In the final photos the mounting details are visible.
It will be shipped disassembled, with mounting instructions, for safer transport.
Shipping only to continental EU countries, excluding the islands.
