Description from the seller

A vintage German pendulum wall clock from the mid-20th century (1960s/1970s) is shown, bearing the style of a renowned German manufacturer such as Junghans. It is made with a combination of wood and brass typical of the Mid-Century Modern design world.
Key features:
Mechanism: Weight and chain-driven mechanical movement (typically with an 8-day running time), in which two heavy brass weights provide the energy needed to operate the clock and the striking mechanism.
Design: Curved, dark-toned wooden case, with stylized floral/leaf corner decoration around the dial.
Dial: White ring dial with Roman numerals, clean, gold-plated hands and an inner brown insert.
Striking mechanism: These types of clocks strike once at half-hour, and on the full hour they strike the corresponding time on sound bars (with a pleasant "bim-bam" sound).
The clock works perfectly, has a beautiful sound, is 60 cm high, but of course if the weights hang down, they can hang down to a hundred and twenty. It is in good condition, with minor signs of use and a small scratch on one of the flowers.
