Braun PS 600 – fully functional – Shure M75MG Type 2 – Cover – Vintage HiFi
For sale is a classic Braun PS 600 turntable in its original wooden cabinet with tinted dust cover.
The turntable has been tested recently and is working. Start/Stop, platter and speed change function flawlessly. The speeds 33⅓, 45 and 78 RPM can be selected.
Installed is a Shure M75MG Type 2 magnetic cartridge.
The Braun PS 600 is a high-quality German vintage turntable with a heavy platter, belt drive, finely adjustable speed, strobe, adjustable tracking force and anti-skating. Sonically, the PS 600, in combination with the Shure cartridge, is still a very interesting Hi-Fi drive today with a powerful, balanced and pleasantly analog playback.
Technical data: 33⅓ / 45 / 78 RPM, belt drive, electronically regulated motor, heavy platter approx. 2.5 kg, fine speed adjustment, strobe, adjustable tracking force, anti-skating, tonearm lift, 110/220 V / 50 Hz, power consumption 7 W, Made in West Germany.
