Alfa Romeo Spider 2.0 from 1984, located in central Italy, with 200,460 km, Italian registration, manual transmission, petrol engine of 129 HP, matching numbers and colours.
Description from the seller
IN RISALTO:
• Spider 2.0 version with carburetted engine and Italian registration
• Recently subjected to a conservative restoration finished just recently
• Color combination in marine teal green with dark green soft top (Sonnenland)
• Mechanical and suspension fully overhauled with new components
STORIA/PANORAMICA:
The Alfa Romeo Spider (Aerodinamica or Third Series), introduced in the 1980s, represents an evolution of the famous cabriolet designed by Pininfarina. This 1984 example was originally built in the America version but was subsequently converted to the European version during a recent conservative restoration. The car is regularly registered in Italy, insured and tested, ready to use. Due to the high number of mechanical components replaced with new parts, it requires an initial break-in period before being used at full capacity. It has no prior accidents.
CARROZZERIA/VERNICIATURA:
The bodywork, free of corrosion signs before the interventions, was completely dismantled and repainted in the distinctive marine teal green. During the works new seals were installed, worn rubber parts replaced, and the chrome elements renewed. The Sonnenland fabric convertible top is dark green. The car rides on alloy wheels with new Michelin tires. The seller notes that, being a build with many new parts, normal finish adjustments may be required.
INTERNI:
The interior has been completely rebuilt. The dashboard features an Alcantara-clad instrument panel, a restored steering wheel in as-new condition, and the installation of an Alpine radio. The cabin presents itself perfectly finished and ready to use.
MECCANICA:
The 2.0-liter engine has been completely overhauled, removing the original Spica fuel injection system to install the classic 40mm double-barrel carburetors. The gearbox has been rebuilt and the clutch is new. The braking system (discs and components), shock absorbers, and exhaust system have been totally replaced with new parts. The car is fully functional, with precise and efficient mechanicals.
DOCUMENTI:
Included are the original user and maintenance manual and the two keys. The vehicle has regular Italian registration and a valid periodic inspection.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
