Coca-Cola original French tin advertising sign from circa the 1970s–1980s, 48 cm high by 32 cm wide, original/official, in excellent condition with light age wear and patina.
Description from the seller
Original Coca-Cola advertisement sign from the 1960s in France, made of tin/metal and originally intended for commercial use in bars, cafés, bistros or retail points.
The upper part features a beautiful vintage graphic with the classic glass Coca-Cola bottle, a glass, and a sandwich, accompanied by the French slogan “tout va bien mieux avec Coca-Cola” and the distinctive red circular logo “Buvez Coca-Cola.”
Particularly interesting is the lower portion with a blackboard-style black background, specifically conceived to allow the merchant to write prices, rates, menus, offers, or other communications to customers with chalk.
In the upper part there is a mounting eyelet for wall display.
The sign retains a fascinating original patina of the time, with signs of wear, scratches, small stains and traces of use compatible with its age and original commercial purpose. The conditions are clearly visible in the photographs.
An authentic vintage Coca-Cola advertising item, very decorative and of definite interest for collectors of brand memorabilia, vintage advertising, mid-century modern, and vintage business signs. Also ideal as a decorative element for bars, venues, kitchens, lofts or retro/industrial-styled spaces.
