Daum France clock in solid crystal – Quartz – Signed – 1970s/1980s
Description
Magnificent Daum France table clock in transparent solid crystal, with a sculptural shape and organic lines characteristic of 1970s-1980s design.
The thick crystal case highlights a sober and elegant black dial marked DAUM with a Quartz movement. The piece bears the engraved signature Daum France at the base.
The clock is in perfect working order. The quartz movement operates normally after inserting a battery.
The crystal is in very good overall condition, with no chips or cracks observed. There are light signs of use compatible with the age of the piece.
The battery compartment shows traces of old oxidation due to a battery left in place, partially cleaned. This oxidation does not prevent the clock from functioning correctly today (see photos).
