Up for auction: an authentic masterpiece in the history of high fidelity—the solid-state Mark Levinson ML-1 preamplifier, produced in the United States between 1977 and 1980. Designed under the direct guidance of Mark Levinson and based on the legendary JC-2 circuit, the ML-1 was one of the very first transistor preamplifiers to demonstrate that it was possible to achieve a pure, warm, and three-dimensional sound without tube amplification.
This unit operates entirely in Class A and is renowned for its exceptional transparency, musicality, and dynamics. The front panel features the classic anodized black finish with the iconic silver knobs. Inside it houses the precious and rare shielded phono modules.
