Stylish classic dining table with a large, versatile tabletop and a distinctive octagonal central column pedestal. The dark wood color and the profiled finish around the tabletop and base give the table a stately, classical appearance.
The table is presumably made of mahogany veneer. Manufacturer, designer and exact origin are unknown.
The table is in used condition and is structurally solid. The tabletop shows some signs of use, as shown in the photos. These are appropriate for its age and use.
Thanks to the central column pedestal, the table offers plenty of free legroom around. The pedestal is detachable.

Stijlvolle klassieke eettafel met een groot, veelzijdig tafelblad en een karakteristieke achthoekige centrale kolompoot. De donkere houtkleur en de geprofileerde afwerking rondom het blad en onderstel geven de tafel een statige, klassieke uitstraling.
De tafel is vermoedelijk vervaardigd uit mahoniefineer. Fabrikant, ontwerper en exacte herkomst zijn onbekend.
De tafel verkeert in gebruikte staat en is constructief solide. Op het tafelblad zijn enkele gebruikssporen aanwezig, zoals weergegeven op de foto's. Deze zijn passend bij leeftijd en gebruik.
Door de centrale kolompoot biedt de tafel rondom veel vrije beenruimte. Kolompoot is te demonteren.
